Florence Webb - Head of Frameworks at QS

Florence is the Head of Frameworks at QS. Prior to joining QS, Florence worked in strategic leadership roles within the higher education sector in the UK and Switzerland for over ten years. Florence’s expertise lies in Strategy and Planning, Accreditation and Quality, and Stakeholder Management. Florence holds a MA (Distinction) in Applied Linguistics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA Modern Languages from the Durham University.

Sam Duke - Rankings Specialist at QS

A rankings specialist with experience running and marketing magazines, guides, and qualitative and quantitative research projects, including rankings and awards, across a variety of sectors. Responsible for the design of the QS Rankings methodologies and frameworks, and building their influence through sector engagement and partnerships.

Kendrick Ng Kendrick Ng - Data Engineer at QS

A data engineer at QS, specialising in the production of global rankings, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data systems that power QS’s renowned university and institution rankings. I am responsible for the end-to-end data pipeline, from gathering vast datasets from universities and research institutions, to cleaning, transforming, and validating this data for analysis.
