This webinar will provide an overview of the methodology of the rankings by subject, their scope and the philosophy guiding these rankings and the selected indicators. The webinar will also highlight the purpose and reach of these rankings and offer insights on eligibility requirements as they differ from other rankings and offer an opportunity for participants to ask questions.

Florence is the Rankings Manager at QS. Prior to joining QS, Florence worked in strategic leadership roles within the higher education sector in the UK and Switzerland for over ten years. Florence’s expertise lies in Strategy and Planning, Accreditation and Quality, and Stakeholder Management. Florence holds a MA (Distinction) in Applied Linguistics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA Modern Languages from the Durham University.
Ludovic is a Strategic Rankings Consultant and Secretary to the QS Global Rankings Advisory Board. He is also an Associate Professor in Higher Education Management at the University of Bath. Previously, he was a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Global Higher Education, based at UCL, and a Research Centre Associate at the University of Oxford. His teaching and research interests lie at the intersection between contemporary European studies and higher education studies. Ludovic’s research is focused primarily on global and international higher education, higher education policy and higher education in Europe. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the University of Cambridge. Ludovic sits on a number of boards including the Hinrich’s Foundation Trade Rankings Consultative Committee and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Innovations in Education and Teaching International.
Dr. Dmytro Filchenko completed his MS in applied mathematics and PhD in math modelling at Sumy State University, Ukraine. He worked in the international edtech sector for more than 10 years, having an academic background, combined with data analytics and software development. He is the Technical Lead at QS, responsible for technical design and orchestration of production and development of various institutional performance metrics and evaluation activities.
