Florence is the Head of Frameworks at QS. Prior to joining QS, Florence worked in strategic leadership roles within the higher education sector in the UK and Switzerland for over ten years. Florence’s expertise lies in Strategy and Planning, Accreditation and Quality, and Stakeholder Management. Florence holds a MA (Distinction) in Applied Linguistics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA Modern Languages from the Durham University.
A rankings specialist with experience running and marketing magazines, guides, and qualitative and quantitative research projects, including rankings and awards, across a variety of sectors. Responsible for the design of the QS Rankings methodologies and frameworks, and building their influence through sector engagement and partnerships.
Kuldeep is an experienced strategy consultant with extensive experience in higher education. He is currently working as a senior consultant at QS, the world’s leading advisory and insights partner in higher education strategy. Previously, he led the institution support function at QS, overseeing client engagement for a suite of QS products which include QS Rankings, Stars, and Analytics. Kuldeep has a strong background in strategy and business forecasting. He led higher education projects in coordination with education ministries across the world, delivering roadmaps for education strategy. He is passionate about transforming the education sector with data and innovation.
Izzudeen is the Rankings Data Analyst at QS, specializing in business school rankings. With several years of experience in various analyst roles and managing research projects across different sectors, Izzudeen has transitioned to the higher education sector. He is responsible for processing rankings data, conducting analysis, performing quality checks, and providing insights. Izzudeen holds a Master of Science in Statistics from the National University of Malaysia.
Gael is the Academic Advisor for the Hinrich Foundation. She is a former President of RMIT University Vietnam, Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Faculty of Business and Law at Deakin University and Secretary of the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). She holds a Doctorate from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her management experience has included Vice President International, Vice President of Research, Dean of Business and Professor of Business Ethics at Unitec, New Zealand. She was a past President of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM).
